I am not responsible for anyone who may or may not have trespassed on your land to take these photos. You need to take that up with them, providing you had seen them take the photo. You may have a good case against them. However, even if a person trespassed to get the photo, the photo is still legitimate, and can be posted here.
If you don't like the way you feel about seeing your animal's photo posted on a website dedicated to bettering the lives of animals, then perhaps you don't deserve to own an animal.
If you are angry about the way this webste makes you look as an owner of one of these animals, then maybe you need to reconsider how you have been treating your "pet".
If you have comitted a crime against the animal cruelty code, then I suggest you correct the situation immediately. I do not believe there are any other crimes in PA which allow the offender to correct the situation before being arrested, so I would take advantage of this rare opportunity to do the right thing.
The fact remains that your animal, which is still considered "property" in the state of Pennsylvania, has been photographed, and the result of that photograph is being displayed here. If you don't like that your animal is being treated as "property", then I suggest you get on board with the thousands of others who are working tirelessly to change those laws to help improve the lives of these very animals.
If you have removed your animal from it's chain or brought it indoors with you to live and would like to see that photo posted, then please submit your new photo to me with your name and address, and I will be very happy to place it on our "success stories" page.
